Dental implants are great anchors for many restorations — single fixed crowns, fixed bridges, All-on-4, All-on-X, removable overdentures, and even fixed overdentures. At Centre Dental, we're experienced and skilled in customizing a restorative solution for your unique situation.

Single implant crown

A ceramic crown attached to the implant by a screw. Screw-retained crowns provide many advantages over cement-retained. Because Centre Dental uses surgical guides for every placement, implant angulations are always optimized — almost all crowns are screw-retained. For outside implants, we can use a lab that makes ASC screws so even angulated implants can be screw-retained.

Fixed implant bridge

When 3+ teeth are missing, an implant bridge can replace them. Screw-retained or cement-retained — we select the best option for your situation.

All-on-4 and All-on-X fixed bridges

When all teeth in an arch are failing, All-on-4 or All-on-X can be considered. A full-arch bridge on 4 strategically placed implants is All-on-4; on 5+ implants is All-on-X.

• All-on-4 suits patients with good front-jaw bone but poor back-jaw bone — two angled back implants avoid expensive bone grafting.
• All-on-X suits patients with acceptable back bone or unfavorable front bone. Minimum 6 implants recommended for full-arch support. Some bone grafting may be necessary.

There's no one-size-fits-all. During consultation you'll be informed of pros and cons and what's best for you.

Same-Day Teeth — Full Arch Implant Bridge (All-on-X)

When your jawbone has acceptable quality and quantity, with advanced preparation we can do full-arch restoration the same day. Walk in with failing teeth, walk out with a fixed implant bridge.

1. CBCT of your jaw, 3D scan of teeth and gum, photos of your smile.
2. Surgical guide designed and 3D-printed.
3. Surgery day: blood draw for PRF, local anesthesia, tooth extractions, clean and disinfect jaw, place implants using guide, place multiunit abutments, bone graft if needed, sutures.
4. Right after surgery, scan your jaw using a scanbody system. Scan sent to lab to design your temporary bridge. After ~30 min, we 3D-print it and fix it to your new implants using durable 1.6mm prosthetic screws (traditional AOX screws are 1.4mm).
5. You go home with a fixed implant bridge. After a week of healing, you can smile and eat again.

Overdentures

Centre Dental focuses on Locator overdentures — the most advantageous system. Using as few as 2 implants to retain a denture transforms a removable denture into a semi-fixed denture. With acceptable bone and 4 strategically placed implants, a Locator-supported fixed denture is also possible.
