Excellent manners from everyone on staff especially Jamie. She was very kind and explained everything well to me. Definitely ask for assistant Jamie if you ever go here. Dr. Shi was quick to explain the procedure and seemed very confident. Everything went smoothly and best of all he didnt try and scam me out of money for unnecessary procedures.
Very lucky to have found Centre Dental & Dr. John Shi. I will be coming back for all future dental work. Will be in capable hands here.
Very thorough cleaning. They have very advanced equipment. My first time getting a 5d scan. And love that machine is not invasive. And tells a lot.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The X-Ray technician made the process go smoothly. Dr. Huang explained the process, made sure I wasn’t in pain and made me feel comfortable being there.
I have the best cleaning here, good thing is that they accept my insurance. Dr. Shin patiently explain every procedure. They also have high technology, which save patients time.

I went to Dr. Shi after a not so good experience somewhere else. He was very informative of my options and ensures that the patient has a say in their own health. He’s transparent about the care that he provides, and I would return to see him.
I get super anxious when it comes to anything dental, but Centre Dental has made my experience super eventful. I met with Dr. Huang first for cleaning and my fillings the next day. She was super comforting and sweet and made sure I was not in pain! I had to also get both my wisdom teeth extracted so I was scared. The doctors and assistants there were able to inform and reassure me on every concern I had and made sure I felt relaxed at all times. Dr. Shi was super professional and nice and made sure I was not in any pain at all. The extraction honestly took less than 5 minutes each tooth and I didn’t even know it was out until they informed me. I would definitely come back here and recommend this to friends and family. They don’t accept a lot of insurances, but I would pay for their services again. I’ve never felt more at ease at a dental office than I did here!
Hello Guys!!!! If you’re looking for a professional, agreeable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable dentist. Please don’t look any further!!!! Dr Shi is the Best in town! I went in for a crown, needless to say that I was very impressed. Not only his work is amazing, but he used the latest equipment you can find in the medical field. You can have your crown done the same day, and he uses an A.I machine!!! No need to come for an another appointment or to order from a third person!!!! All the work was done the same day. I’m a chicken when it comes to dentist, but I’m at peace, and so comfortable when I come to Dr Shi’s office. He’s an amazing dentist, professional, knowledgeable and a cool person!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DR SHI to everyone!!!! Ps: also a Big Thanks to Mai and her colleagues!
This location alleviates my dental phobia, and I would love to continue working with Dr. Huang and Dr. Shi, who are dentists with professional abilities and positive attitudes. My teeth, which I would consider to be in a horrible situation, were treated with care and compassion here. They gave me clear explanation and made sure that I got all information I know. Working on teeth is a sort of teamwork and I have to say I feel it went quite well here. Also, people in the front desk are truly amazing. They are patient and caring who you are as a person. They helped me a lot with applying insurance and making appointments.
Dr. Shi and his team is amazing. Mei is always so accommodating and Diane is so gentle and nice. No one honestly likes sitting in a dentist’s chair but they sure make it easy and comforting. Totally recommend!!

The treatment was a great experience. I came for the first time doing the tenth cleaning. They also did an x-ray and examination. I found that I had some issues with my teeth. All of the dentists are really nice and gentle. I would definitely recommend here to whoever needs a dentist.

I’ve been to a few dentists before I found Dr. Shi. I remembered calling many dentists because I was having really bad tooth pain and my own dentist couldn’t see me. After a few phone calls in search for a new dentist, Dr. Shi said You have pain, so something is not right, just come in and let me take a look”. When I met him he was very personable and I could feel that he really cared. Since then every time I see him, Dr Shi remembers me and greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in. He was very patient with me, waited until I didnt feel pain before he continued the deep cleaning. May is very personable and caring. I’ve been with them for more than ten years now and I’m glad I found him. What’s important to me was that he really cares and so does his staff. Thank you!
