Financial Information

Finances should never interfere with best-in-class care

At Centre Dental, we firmly believe patients should not have to opt for inferior treatment or outdated technologies because of affordability concerns. We do our very best to deliver the most efficient, advanced dental care at an approachable price.

Payment options

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover (a 3% processing fee applies).
  • Fee-free options: personal or cashier's checks, debit cards, Zelle, or cash.
  • Insurance: Most PPO plans accepted as out-of-network.
  • In-house discount plans: For uninsured patients — see options →

Financial policies

  • Payment is requested at the time services are provided. For complex plans, a signed financial agreement covers the payment terms.
  • You'll always be informed of fees before service. Lab cases must be paid in full before the case can be sent to the lab.
  • Outstanding balances 90+ days past due incur a 1%/month interest charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee for non-emergency reasons (waived for sickness or emergencies). Two consecutive late cancellations may require a 50% deposit for the next booking.
  • Delta Dental and a few carriers pay patients directly — in that case, your balance is due as soon as you receive the insurance check.

Before you arrive

Download our mobile app and complete patient registration. Forward previous X-rays to [email protected].

Upon arrival

We'll review your registration, copy your insurance card and ID, take a photo for your file, and answer any questions.

During your visit

We'll take pictures, digital X-rays, and perform a 5-D iTero scan. Full intra-oral and extra-oral exams including oral cancer screening.

Treatment plan

Your doctor discusses findings and options. If cleaning is scheduled, it happens on the same visit. Treatment coordinator reviews financials.

Checklist

What to bring on your first visit

  • Your insurance card and photo ID.
  • Digital copies of any previous dental X-rays and treatment records.
  • A copy of recent dental insurance EOBs, if any.
  • Any removable appliances (night guards, retainers, dentures) — even if they no longer fit.
  • Confirmation reply to any email or text we send — it saves us all a phone call.
  • Your smile.

First-visit timing: Please allow 45–90 minutes for your appointment. We offer evening and weekend hours (including Sundays — the driver's favorite) for your convenience. The American Dental Association recommends visiting every six months for checkups and professional cleanings.
