At Centre Dental, we firmly believe patients should not have to opt for inferior treatment or outdated technologies because of affordability concerns. We do our very best to deliver the most efficient, advanced dental care at an approachable price.
Payment options
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover (a 3% processing fee applies).
- Fee-free options: personal or cashier's checks, debit cards, Zelle, or cash.
- Insurance: Most PPO plans accepted as out-of-network.

Financial policies
- Payment is requested at the time services are provided. For complex plans, a signed financial agreement covers the payment terms.
- You'll always be informed of fees before service. Lab cases must be paid in full before the case can be sent to the lab.
- Outstanding balances 90+ days past due incur a 1%/month interest charge.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee for non-emergency reasons (waived for sickness or emergencies). Two consecutive late cancellations may require a 50% deposit for the next booking.
- Delta Dental and a few carriers pay patients directly — in that case, your balance is due as soon as you receive the insurance check.
