New X-rays, CBCT, teeth scans, treatment plan, financials and consent. We then order surgical guides and all AOX components.
Remove all failing teeth, clean and disinfect surgical sites, place 4–8 implants (depending on bone quality). MUA abutments connect to stable implants and get scanned. A 3D-printed AOX temporary is delivered before you leave — along with a 3D-printed night guard. Can be combined with Visit 1 if you stay in New York for ~1 week.
Return for the final bridge. We check implant stability, adjust the temporary, rescan abutments, and send data to the lab for the final AOX zirconia fixed bridge. Fabrication takes about 2 weeks.
Deliver the final implant bridge, make a new night guard. Can be combined with Visit 3 if you stay in New York for ~2 weeks. Maintained properly, it will last a lifetime.
